Education and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related discipline is required.
- Candidates must pass the local technical competency assessment in Dubai.
- ESE membership is preferred. PMP or MCIOB certification is highly desirable.
Work experience
- At least 8 years of construction project management experience, including at least 5 years managing full-cycle residential construction projects in the Middle East; Dubai experience is preferred.
- Must have led overall management of at least one residential complex or high-end villa project exceeding 200,000 square meters, from approval and design through construction and completion acceptance.
- Familiarity with Dubai project approval processes, FIDIC-type contract systems, and collaboration with developers and supervision units is required.
Professional skills
- Proficient in controlling project scope, schedule, cost, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Skilled in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Understands Dubai building codes and safety quality standards and can anticipate compliance risks.
- Can coordinate multinational teams and subcontractors and handle cross-cultural communication.
Core competencies
- Fluent English is required as the working language; basic Arabic proficiency is preferred.
- Requires leadership, decision-making, negotiation, and emergency response capabilities to address compliance, supply chain, and on-site issues.
- Adaptable to long-term overseas work and able to work under pressure; local industry resources are preferred.
- A UAE driving license is a plus.

- Work location is in person.
Project delivery
- Oversee residential construction projects through approval, design, construction, and completion acceptance.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, developers, and supervision units while controlling scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Address compliance, supply chain, and on-site issues during project delivery.
