Document Controller role supporting construction and engineering projects in the UAE.
The position requires at least 2 years of relevant Document Controller experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain project documents and records in accordance with company procedures.
- Control drawings, specifications, submittals, transmittals, RFIs, method statements, ITPs, NCRs, and related project documents.
- Maintain electronic and physical document control systems and ensure correct numbering, filing, distribution, and revision control.
- Prepare document registers, logs, transmittals, tracking reports, and management status updates.
- Coordinate submissions and approvals with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Follow up on pending submissions, reviews, approvals, and comments while maintaining document confidentiality.
- Perform other assigned document control and administrative duties.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Document Controller experience is required, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Good knowledge of document control procedures and project documentation is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, is required.
- Familiarity with document management and electronic filing systems is required.
- Organization, time management, attention to detail, accuracy, English communication, and coordination skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
- UAE construction or project experience is an advantage.

- The work location is in person.
