Pay and contract

• Pay rate is CAD 69.59 per hour, depending on experience; the primary rate is based on T4 classification, with INC classification also considered where applicable.
• The assignment is scheduled from November 16, 2026, to November 16, 2027, for one year.

Role overview

Project delivery

• Lead and report on complex business-process change and improvement projects, meeting safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
• Analyze operational-efficiency opportunities and build business cases, including potential AI integration.
• Create project plans, scopes, action logs, communications plans, and risk strategies; monitor and mitigate risks throughout delivery.
• Design data-driven reports, dashboards, executive documentation, custom reports, data models, presentations, and business cases.
• Work across SAP, custom applications, and data-querying tools; engage cross-functional stakeholders through regular status reporting and presentations.
• Establish implementation and monitoring standards, conduct post-implementation reviews, and document project benefits.

Required qualifications

• At least 9 years of progressive project-management experience delivering medium-to-high-risk business-process changes, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience with business cases, business analysis, organizational change, senior-leadership reporting, and leading cross-functional process improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; strong analytical, problem-solving, and resource-management abilities.
• Excellent professional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.

Preferred qualifications

• Lean principles, continuous-improvement frameworks, or process mapping are nice to have.
• Familiarity with SAP Datasphere or other SAP reporting and analytics tools is desirable.
• T-SQL, Power Query, or similar query languages are desirable.
• Power BI interactive report and dashboard experience is desirable.
• PMP designation is preferred.

Contractor equipment

• Contractors must provide their own Windows 11 laptop and smartphone for the assignment; the phone is needed for access to the organization's network.
