Key responsibilities
- Lead façade projects from commencement through handover.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
- Manage schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and site activities; monitor progress, costs, quality, and performance.
- Coordinate design, BIM, estimation, production, procurement, and site teams; resolve technical, commercial, and site issues.
- Conduct site inspections and progress meetings; manage project documentation, reports, variations, claims, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, UAE standards, HSE policies, and project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, glazing, or building-envelope projects.
- Experience managing large-scale façade projects from design through installation and handover.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium curtain wall, cladding, glazing, windows, doors, and façade systems.
- UAE/GCC experience is mandatory.
- Strong project management, leadership, coordination, and communication skills; able to manage stakeholders and tight deadlines.
