Leads delivery of electrical substation projects, including 132kV, 220kV, 400kV, and distribution substations.
Responsible for successful project delivery, contractual compliance, quality, safety, and client expectations.
Project delivery and leadership
- Leads multidisciplinary civil, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, QA/QC, HSE, planning, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
- Oversees initiation, engineering coordination, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
- Plans resources and schedules; monitors progress, costs, milestones, risks, and project performance; implements recovery plans.
- Coordinates clients, consultants, utility authorities, vendors, and subcontractors, resolving technical and commercial issues.
- Manages budgets, variations, claims, resource utilization, deliverables, procurement, and timely materials availability.
- Leads progress meetings, monitors subcontractors, supports commissioning, closes punch points and NCRs, and oversees as-built and closeout records.
Experience and qualification
- Required experience: 16–24 years.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
- Extensive experience managing high-voltage substation and EPC projects.
