Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute daily civil construction activities according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Manage structural works, including reinforcement, formwork, concrete casting, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, MEP teams, and site management.
- Ensure quality compliance, site safety, and timely completion of work.
- Arrange WIR/IR inspections and material inspections, and follow up on consultant approvals.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor performance.
- Prepare daily progress reports and resolve site technical issues.
Mandatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of relevant civil construction experience in the UAE; the description also states 5–7 years as minimum experience.
- Experience in commercial building construction is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works, drawings, and site execution.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and subcontractors.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 9,000 per month.
