Project EHS Manager role requiring ARAMCO approval and an oil and gas experience background.
Site EHS responsibilities
- Prepare EHS plans, emergency response plans, risk assessments, and other EHS documents.
- Lead client and project-team EHS meetings; report issues and performance to project leadership.
- Conduct daily inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and job EHS analyses.
- Ensure permits, toolbox talks, PPE, equipment condition, housekeeping, and worker welfare meet EHS expectations.
- Investigate incidents, communicate lessons, and provide first aid or arrange medical assistance when needed.
Systems, training, and audits
- Deliver EHS induction and training for site workers and engineers.
- Maintain and improve integrated management systems aligned with ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001.
- Coordinate external EHS audits, third-party equipment inspections, emergency plans and drills, and occupational health and welfare measures.
- Prepare EHS contract conditions for subcontractors; conduct monthly project risk audits and quarterly system audits.
- Stop work when unsafe practices are observed and promote proactive safety practices.
Requirements
- ARAMCO-approved EHS Manager.
- Oil and gas experience background.
- Experience supporting EHS on construction projects.
- EHS system references include ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 9001.
