Project Coordinator (Arabic Speaker) - Sports Industry Experience
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator with a background in the sports industry to support the planning, execution, and delivery of sports-related projects and events. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience , strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing sports projects, programs, and events
- Support project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with internal teams, coaches, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Ensure all logistics (venues, equipment, staffing) are arranged and managed efficiently
- Handle documentation, reports, and project-related communications
- Support budgeting and track project expenses
- Identify and resolve operational issues during project execution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the sports industry
- Strong knowledge of sports operations, events, or program management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with sports clubs, academies, or events organizations
- Familiarity with UAE/GCC sports environment
- Certification in Project Management ( PMP) is a plus
