We are seeking experienced Transformation Specialists to join a roster of specialist consultants supporting advisory engagements across the shared services sector.
This role is ideal for senior transformation professionals with strong experience in operating model design, organisational restructuring, business transformation, and process optimisation, particularly across shared service functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Legal.

This role is ideal for senior transformation professionals with strong experience in operating model design, organisational restructuring, business transformation, and process optimisation, particularly across shared service functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Legal.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Target Operating Models (TOMs) for shared service functions
- Lead organisational design and restructuring initiatives, including role and governance optimisation
- Develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital enablement
- Review and optimise business processes, service catalogues, SLAs, and governance frameworks
- Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning
- Advise senior stakeholders on strategic transformation initiatives and operating model improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Relevant certifications in transformation, change management, or organisational design advantageous
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, transformation advisory, or senior transformation roles
- Strong experience in:
- Target Operating Model (TOM) design
- Organisational design
- Shared services transformation
- Change management
- Business process optimisation
- Experience across one or more shared service functions:
• HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal
- Consulting or advisory background strongly preferred
- UAE / GCC experience advantageous
