PMO, Project Management, and IT Delivery specialists
to support the delivery of complex transformation and implementation engagements.
About The Role
This role is ideal for senior professionals with strong experience in PMO leadership, programme delivery, IT system implementations, governance, and technology-enabled transformation.
Candidates should be equally comfortable managing traditional enterprise delivery programmes and modern digital, cloud, AI, and automation-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Establish and manage Project Management Offices (PMOs), governance frameworks, and reporting structures
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programmes
- Manage implementation of enterprise systems including:
- -ERP, HRI, Payroll, CRM, Cloud platforms, AI / Automation solutions
- Manage programme governance, RAID logs, executive reporting, and steering committee updates
- Oversee third-party vendors, systems integrators, and delivery partners
- Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation management
- Track programme benefits, KPIs, and value realisation
- Apply agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate
- Support senior stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- PMP or equivalent certification required
- Agile / Scrum / PRINCE2 / MSP certifications preferred
- ERP, cloud, or IT service certifications advantageous
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, programme management, project delivery, or technology delivery
- Strong experience delivering complex enterprise transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience managing IT system implementations or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong experience in: PMO setup & governance, Programme delivery, Risk management
- Vendor management, Executive reporting
- Consulting or advisory background strongly preferred
- UAE / GCC experience advantageous
