- In this internship, you will:
- Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on defined criteria.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing necessary documentation for job offers, referrals, and reference checks.
- Provide support in employer branding activities.
- Collaborate with team members on projects and initiatives.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in all recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Availability to work full-time during the summer period.
