Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Van Sales Executive to join our FMCG sales team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and distributing FMCG products to retail outlets, maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent market coverage within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets according to the daily route plan.
- Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and new customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Ensure product availability and proper stock levels at customer locations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at retail outlets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Supervisor.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of Van Sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Valid Manual Driving License (Mandatory).
