Position overview

Project planning and coordination

• Coordinate daily activities for façade renovation and installation, glass works, and applicable rope access operations.
• Support Project Managers and site engineers with planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Track milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and outstanding work; identify potential delays and escalate issues.
• Coordinate internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to support smooth project execution.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.

Façade, glass and site work

• Coordinate façade and glass installation, repair, maintenance, and renovation activities.
• Liaise with site teams and technical departments on project needs, work schedules, and site readiness.
• Coordinate rope access teams and site activities where applicable.
• Follow up on materials, equipment, technical approvals, and subcontractor work.
• Help resolve site issues involving façade systems, glazing, installation, and construction interfaces.
• Coordinate inspections and follow up on technical comments, defects, and corrective actions.

Documentation and stakeholder coordination

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and coordination records.
• Track material submittals, technical approvals, deliverables, and pending actions; maintain drawings, reports, correspondence, and inspection records.
• Update management on progress, risks, delays, and outstanding issues; arrange meetings and follow up on action items.
• Attend site visits and project coordination meetings as required and follow up on resources, equipment, and delivery schedules.

Experience and background

• Requires 4–5 years of relevant project coordination experience in civil engineering or construction.
• Rope access experience, especially for façade maintenance, renovation, repair, or glass works, is preferred.
• Candidates without rope access experience may be considered with a strong civil engineering, façade, glazing, or construction background.
• UAE construction industry experience is an advantage; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications and capabilities

• Good understanding of construction project workflows, site coordination, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants; able to monitor schedules, deliverables, and pending activities.
• Strong organizational, documentation, reporting, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field is preferred.
