Inspection and testing
- Inspect anchor points, anchorage systems, lifelines, and fall protection systems at existing buildings and structures.
- Perform or coordinate load tests using calibrated equipment and approved procedures; assess condition, performance, installation, and compliance.
- Identify defects, deterioration, installation issues, and non-conformities; inspect façade access and other work-at-height installations.
Standards and compliance
- Assess systems against applicable technical standards and guidelines, including relevant EN 795, IRATA, and ICOP requirements.
- Review drawings, installation details, specifications, equipment identification, and certification records; recommend corrective actions for compliance gaps.
- Follow approved inspection procedures and support the company's quality management and inspection processes.
Reporting and coordination
- Prepare detailed reports of findings, test results, defects, and recommendations; maintain accurate records, photographs, and supporting documents.
- Prepare inspection certificates and technical documentation within authorized scope and submit complete records within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate site access, schedules, equipment, and testing; liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, facility managers, and technical personnel.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance on observations, maintenance, and corrective measures within scope of competence.
Candidate profile

- Experience in mechanical or structural inspection, work-at-height safety systems, rope access, or façade access solutions is strongly encouraged.
Location and availability
