Marketing Executive

Position overview

Graphic design and content

• Design social media graphics, promotional banners, brochures, presentations, and company profiles.
• Create branded visual content and campaign assets for digital campaigns, company announcements, recruitment, and corporate communications.
• Prepare Arabic and English materials with accurate language and culturally appropriate messaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop content about services, projects, and achievements.
• Maintain consistent visual identity across marketing materials.

Social media management

• Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media accounts.
• Develop a content calendar and create, schedule, and publish posts, videos, reels, and other digital content.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries when required, and identify performance improvements.
• Track analytics and report on engagement, reach, followers, and content performance.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to improve content strategy and brand positioning.

Advertising and marketing coordination

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising across relevant platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Support paid advertising strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business development.
• Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and audience targeting; analyze results and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate campaigns for services, projects, events, and other business initiatives.
• Support website content updates, SEO, and other digital marketing activities.
• Collaborate with management and departments on marketing needs, plans, promotions, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate production with suppliers or agencies and maintain an organized library of marketing assets.
• Prepare marketing activity reports and recommendations; stay current on digital marketing and design trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Graphic Designer, or similar marketing role.
• Arabic speaking required; good English communication and written content abilities in both Arabic and English.
• Hands-on experience in graphic design, social media management, and digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience managing social media platforms and developing digital content.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, analytics, campaign tracking, and digital marketing metrics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, visual communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• B2B, construction, engineering, or technical service industry experience is advantageous.
• Video editing and short-form content knowledge is advantageous; UAE experience is preferred; immediate availability is advantageous.

Employment and pay

• Full-time position.
