Role Description

The Project Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi.

This role supports project managers and HR consultants with day-to-day coordination activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.

The Project Assistant helps track project timelines, follows up on outstanding tasks, and ensures that stakeholders receive accurate information and updates.

Responsibilities also include data entry, assisting with recruitment-related logistics, and handling basic administrative duties to keep projects running smoothly.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients, while adhering to company processes and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and comfort working with databases or project management systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and candidates.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, data entry, and report preparation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or project coordination is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
