Role Description

The Procurement Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement process.

This position will manage supplier relationships, track supplier performance, and assist in negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms and reliable delivery of goods and services.

The role includes analyzing procurement data, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to align purchasing activities with organizational needs and budget requirements.

The Procurement Representative will also help maintain compliance with company policies, contribute to continuous improvement of procurement procedures, and support cost-saving initiatives while ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Strong procurement and purchasing skills, including experience in sourcing, ordering, and managing procurement workflows.
Supplier management and supplier performance skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships and monitor service levels.
Contract negotiation skills, with a focus on securing competitive terms, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Analytical skills for evaluating quotes, assessing market trends, and preparing data-driven procurement reports and recommendations.
Knowledge of procurement best practices, local regulations, and industry standards relevant to the UAE market.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple procurement activities in a fast-paced environment.
