Join the Check Point India Services team as a Professional Services Consultant supporting customers using Check Point security technologies.
Deliver technical services and help customers maximize the value and return on their security investments.
Major responsibilities
- Deliver onsite and remote services including design, implementation, optimization, audits, migration, pre-sales support, and training.
- Act as a technical expert on Check Point products and help customers maximize security investment value.
- Set up labs and validate design and migration procedures based on project requirements.
- Review technical workflows against project timelines and communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Educate customers and partners on deployment and operational best practices.
- Create technical documentation and presentations; manage customer expectations for schedules and delivery quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners and maintain daily billable and non-billable activity records.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in network security design, implementation, and consulting services.
- Strong exposure to Check Point technologies including VSX, Provider-1, Maestro, and enterprise firewall deployments.
- Experience in customer-facing consulting or pre-sales roles.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and Linux/Unix knowledge.
- Able to learn new technologies, work independently, communicate well, and manage stakeholders.
- Training or workshop delivery experience is advantageous.
