Account growth and sales
- Drive new, expansion, and renewal opportunities across accounts; acquire strategic customers and grow existing accounts.
- Build executive relationships and secure senior-level access.
- Develop and execute multi-year major account plans.
- Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder deals and lead contract and pricing negotiations.
- Prioritize across a large book of business and use company tools to manage accounts, pipelines, and forecasts.
- Coordinate virtual account teams, including specialists and sales engineers.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years in cybersecurity.
- Proven ability to win strategic customers and expand existing accounts.
- Consistent overperformance, including 110%+ net revenue retention and meaningful multi-product growth.
- Experience with complex enterprise accounts and buying committees of 5–10 or more stakeholders.
- Executive presence and ability to build trusted senior relationships.
- Disciplined account planning, accurate forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.
- Channel sales experience and industry relationships that can accelerate momentum.
