Role overview

Experience and domain requirements

• 8+ years in product ownership, business analysis, or functional consulting on enterprise ERP platforms.
• 4+ years working with D365 F&O and/or Commerce in a functional or product role.
• Retail experience across at least two sectors, such as grocery, electronics, convenience, or fashion; multi-format retail is strongly preferred.
• Track record managing backlogs and release priorities for a shared platform serving multiple business units.
• Experience across territories and cultures; GCC and Southeast Asia exposure is preferred.
• Experience coordinating user acceptance testing and business sign-off for major releases.

Technical and functional skills

• Strong D365 F&O and Commerce knowledge across retail, supply chain, and finance processes.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis of standard capabilities versus extensions, with clear cost and risk framing.
• Use Azure DevOps for epics, features, and user stories, with traceability from intake to release.
• Understand retail product hierarchies, item models, pricing, promotions, and inventory flows across retail formats.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for adoption and operational data analysis.
• Map business processes and document requirements for direct engineering use.

Responsibilities

• Own product work for a shared enterprise ERP platform supporting multiple business units.
• Manage the platform backlog and prioritize releases.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and secure business sign-off for major releases.
• Evaluate standard platform capabilities against extensions and frame cost and risk.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage epics, features, and user stories and maintain traceability from intake to release.
• Analyze adoption and operational data using Power BI.
• Map business processes and document requirements in a format suitable for engineering teams.
