- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for beverage manufacturing operations.

- Raw materials
- Packaging materials
- Operational consumables
- Warehouse supplies
- Engineering and maintenance items
- Handle procurement of packaging materials such as:
- PET bottles
- Glass bottles
- Caps & closures
- Labels
- Shrink films
- Corrugated cartons
- Flexible packaging materials
- Pallets and wrapping materials
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production interruptions.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams.
- Handle import procurement, shipment coordination, and customs-related documentation.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and monitor vendor performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company procurement standards.
- Prepare purchase orders, procurement reports, and cost analysis reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Manage ERP/SAP procurement transactions and procurement documentation.
