Overview
We are looking for an experienced **Procurement Manager** with a strong background in the **construction/contracting industry** to manage end-to-end procurement activities for ongoing and upcoming projects.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities for construction projects from start to finish
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
- Monitor procurement schedules to support project timelines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- **minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within contracting/construction companies**
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of construction materials and UAE market rates
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
