Overview
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related, with more than 8 years of experience in the Joinery & Fitout Industry.
Experience
in lead and manage procurement operations for high-end joinery and interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, supplier networks, and expertise in sourcing materials specific to joinery production and fit-out execution.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and company objectives
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for joinery materials such as wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, glass, and finishes
Manage vendor relationships and maintain an approved supplier database within the UAE market
Analyze market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
Oversee procurement processes from RFQ to purchase order and delivery tracking
Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure material specifications and budgets are met
Proven track record in cost optimization and supplier negotiations
Familiarity with joinery manufacturing processes and materials
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
