Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Procurement Manager with 15 years of
proven expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.
The ideal candidate will lead procurement operations, drive cost efficiencies, and ensure the timely availability of quality goods and services aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, evaluation, and
- onboarding
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and value optimization
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal regulations, and quality standards
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and risk factors
- Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service levels
- Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, logistics) for planning and forecasting
- Oversee procurement budgets and track spending against targets
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Strong expertise in vendor negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing
- Experience in industries such as FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or distribution preferred
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
