Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced **Procurement Manager – Aluminum & Façade** to lead and manage the procurement function for our projects and factory operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing aluminum profiles, façade systems, glass, and related materials, with a strong background in the **contracting and manufacturing industry**.
This role requires strategic planning, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring timely procurement aligned with project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for aluminum, façade, and construction materials
- Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors (local & international)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings
- Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and project teams for material requirements
- Ensure timely procurement to meet project and production deadlines
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and forecasts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- **13–15 years of total experience in procurement within aluminum, façade, or construction industry (mandatory)**
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, curtain walls, glass, hardware, and façade materials
- Proven experience working with **contracting companies and factory/manufacturing environments**
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and cost control
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
