Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead and manage the procurement operations for aluminum profiles, façade systems, glass, hardware, and related materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, in-depth market knowledge, and a well-established supplier network within the UAE/GCC to ensure cost-effective sourcing, timely deliveries, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and company objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for aluminum, façade systems, glass, hardware, and related materials.
• Manage and supervise the procurement team and oversee daily purchasing activities.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.
• Review and approve RFQs, purchase orders, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Ensure procured materials comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify value-engineering opportunities to optimize procurement budgets.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineering, production, and finance teams.
• Manage logistics, import/export processes, and delivery schedules to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify risks, and track market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and UAE commercial regulations.
• Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

Experience:

• 8–12 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role within aluminum, façade, or building envelope systems.

Industry Knowledge:

• Strong technical understanding of aluminum systems, façade materials, glass, hardware, and accessories.

Vendor Network:

• Well-established supplier and manufacturer network within the UAE/GCC market.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience managing procurement teams and handling multi-project procurement operations.

Negotiation Skills:

• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management abilities.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with ERP/Procurement systems, cost analysis tools, and Microsoft Office.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
