Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across fit-out contractors, main contractors, developers, and interior design consultants in the UAE.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, serving as the go-to contact for product, technical, and commercial queries.
• Conduct client meetings, showroom presentations, and site visits to assess project requirements and recommend the most appropriate acoustic or fit-out solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical submittals, quotations, and proposals for products including acoustic panels, seamless ceilings, movable partitions, glass partitions, and acoustic spray systems.
• Work closely with the design and estimation teams to develop competitive, specification-compliant bids.
• Follow up on leads, active tenders, and submitted proposals through the full sales cycle to order closure.
• Track project pipelines, identify upcoming fit-out and interior works, and position Europhon Acoustics at specification stage wherever possible.
• Coordinate with project delivery teams post-sale to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client activity, pipeline status, and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience in the fit-out, acoustic, interior solutions, or construction sector in the UAE.
• Familiarity with acoustic products, interior partitions, ceiling systems, or related fit-out materials is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to develop new client relationships and manage existing accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable engaging with both technical stakeholders (engineers, project managers) and design-focused clients (interior designers, consultants).
• Strong ability to read architectural drawings and interpret fit-out specifications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English — Arabic is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong pipeline management discipline and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
