We are expanding our operations in Saudi Arabia and are seeking a motivated and technically competent Sales Engineer to drive business growth and strengthen our presence in the market.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in Interior Fit-Out and Architectural Products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets across the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities within the fit-out and construction sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and end users.
  • Promote the company's fit-out, ceiling, partition, and architectural solutions.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct product presentations and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in Interior Fit-Out, Architectural Products, Partitions, Ceilings, or Construction Materials.
  • Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong network of contractors, consultants, architects, and developers within KSA.
  • Ability to understand technical drawings and project specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
  • **Valid KSA Driving License is mandatory.**
