Responsibilities
- Handle all visa processing activities, including new visas, renewals, cancellations, and amendments for employees and dependents.
- Manage labour and immigration procedures in compliance with UAE government regulations.
- Coordinate trade license renewals and related government approvals in a timely manner.
- Liaise with government authorities such as **MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP** for all company-related documentation and approvals.
- Process and maintain accurate employee documentation, including labour contracts, Emirates ID applications, and medical fitness procedures.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of all government transactions to avoid delays or penalties.
- Maintain updated records of all PRO-related activities and ensure compliance with UAE legal requirements.
- Support company management in resolving government-related issues efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of **MOHRE, GDRFA, and ICP** systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE labour, immigration, and trade license regulations.
- Valid **UAE Driving License** preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple government transactions under tight deadlines.
