Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing coordination, and induction.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and employee timekeeping systems.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations, including handling queries and basic HR support services.
- Oversee general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related documentation and approvals.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum experience in HR within the UAE is required.
- Strong knowledge of **UAE Labour Law** and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
