Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing, interviewing coordination, and induction.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and employee timekeeping systems.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations, including handling queries and basic HR support services.
  • Oversee general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related documentation and approvals.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience in HR within the UAE is required.
  • Strong knowledge of **UAE Labour Law** and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
