Responsibilities
- Develop, update and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline programmes, work schedules and recovery plans in accordance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Perform delay analysis and assess the impact of project changes on timelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including schedule updates and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
- Track project milestones and recommend corrective actions to maintain schedule compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in **Primavera P6** is mandatory.
- Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and delay analysis.
- Excellent analytical, reporting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction practices and project management standards
