We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Engineer to join our team based in Riyadh, KSA.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in providing technical support, conducting product training, leading proof of concepts (POC), designing wireless and surveillance solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to align solution designs with customers’ business requirements in the KSA market.
What You Will Do
?
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, system integrators (SI), and end-users, both remotely and onsite.
- Conduct regular product training sessions for customers and partners in Oman.
- Lead POC/IoT activities at customer sites to validate project requirements.
- Design wireless solutions using predictive heatmaps and site surveys.
- Engage with customers, system integrators, and end-users, working closely with the sales team to provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver hands-on workshops and technical demonstrations.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as per heatmap designs or equivalent brand solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure solution alignment with customer needs.
Product Line Expertise
- **Business Networking Product Line:**
- POC at customer sites, heatmap design, BOQ creation, techno-sales meetings, R&D coordination, and technical support.
- **Surveillance Product Line (VIGI):**
- CCTV solution design, demo at events and customer locations, BOQ preparation, training sessions, and technical support.
- **ISP Product Line (GPON):**
- Product training, lab setups, R&D coordination, and presales technical support.
- **SOHO Product Line:**
- Product training, solution demos, IR site visits, and technical support.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Wireless Networking, IT, or Physical Security (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in presales, technical support, or a related role within KSA or GCC.
- Strong technical understanding of networking, surveillance, and wireless solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel across Oman for customer engagements.
