Advise and coordinate with the Sales team on technical issues involving account penetration, pre-sales implementations, solution design, and training.
Build strong relationships with partners and customers while driving business through technical initiatives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in technical and solution design for company products and services.
- Develop account penetration strategies and plans with the Sales team to achieve targets.
- Qualify opportunities and support technical qualification, solution proposals, high-level designs, and demonstrations.
- Manage proofs of concept and requests for proposals and support opportunity closure from pre-sales and implementation perspectives.
- Manage product and service adoption, integration, and value generation within customer and partner IT infrastructure.
- Use Salesforce CRM for lead, opportunity, and deal registration management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of pre-sales experience with strong expertise in IBM Software, AI, and Automation.
- Regional experience covering Middle East and Levant markets.
- Strong skills in partner enablement, customer presentations, solution sizing, bills of quantities, and deal support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with partners and end customers.
- Candidates outside the UAE must be willing to relocate.
