Implement sales strategy, manage channel and customer accounts, and grow market share by meeting personal targets.
Monitor competitor activity, work with resellers, and coordinate channel activities with marketing.
The role is based in Dubai and requires no travel.
Main duties
- Implement the channel strategy and roadmap for the assigned product or service line.
- Grow relationships with new and existing channels and clients in the assigned territory.
- Maintain channel and customer data, analyze metrics, and report results.
- Conduct market research and customer visits; recommend product or service opportunities.
- Manage sales from quotation to collection and monitor credit, payments, and outstanding settlements.
- Generate revenue and profitability, prepare forecasts and periodic reports, and promote products and the company in the region.
- Coordinate channel programs and marketing activities; monitor progress and recommend actions.
- Use Salesforce.com CRM for lead, opportunity, and deal registration management.
- Support channel partners with enablement, quotations, deal coordination, pipeline development, and day-to-day support.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or another related field.
- 2–5 years of Channel Sales experience.
- Cloud solutions experience is preferred; exposure to Google Cloud is preferred.
- Distributor or System Integrator experience is highly desirable.
- Develop and maintain partner relationships across the Gulf region.
