Planning Engineer for the Power Transmission & Distribution business in Jeddah, KSA.

Planning and progress control
- Develop and update detailed EPC schedules, baseline and recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor progress against approved schedules, analyze critical paths, forecast completion, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities; prepare reports, dashboards, S-curves, and resource histograms.
- Track productivity, resource utilization, KPIs, planning records, and reporting documentation.
Procurement, commercial, and coordination
- Track material procurement, manufacturing, inspection, shipment, site delivery, and vendor and subcontractor milestones.
- Forecast material requirements, coordinate manufacturing clearances, and support supplier and subcontractor mobilization.
- Prepare cost summaries, mobilization estimates, and techno-commercial reports; assist with cash flow, cost-to-complete, and performance analysis.
- Support change management, delay analysis, and Extension of Time evaluations.
- Coordinate schedule updates across project teams and participate in progress reviews with SEC, National Grid, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of required experience.
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech).
- Knowledge of planning, contracts planning, and client billing.
- Commercial acumen.
