Planning and scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed EPC project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare and manage baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor progress against approved schedules, highlight deviations, perform critical path analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Forecast project completion dates and support schedule decision-making.
Progress monitoring and reporting
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client submissions.
- Develop project dashboards, progress measurement systems, S-curves, and resource histograms.
- Track productivity, resource utilization, and KPIs; maintain planning records and reporting documentation.
Procurement and manufacturing coordination
- Monitor material procurement, manufacturing, inspection, shipment, and site delivery milestones.
- Forecast material requirements and coordinate manufacturing clearances in line with project schedules.
- Track vendor and subcontractor deliverables against contractual milestones and support their timely mobilization.
Project controls and commercial support
- Prepare cost summaries and mobilization estimates based on received quotations.
- Develop techno-commercial reports to monitor project financial performance and overall project health.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting, cost-to-complete monitoring, and project performance analysis.
- Support change management, delay analysis, and Extension of Time evaluations when required.
Stakeholder coordination
- Coordinate schedule updates with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and commercial teams.
- Participate in progress review meetings with SEC, National Grid, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Support project management in identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
