Planning and scheduling
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed EPC project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Prepare baseline schedules, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor progress against approved schedules, analyze the critical path, recommend corrective actions, and forecast completion dates.
Progress monitoring and reporting
- Monitor engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, progress measurement systems, S-curves, and resource histograms.
- Track productivity, resource utilization, and KPIs; maintain planning and reporting records.
Procurement and coordination
- Monitor material procurement, manufacturing, inspection, shipment, and site delivery milestones.
- Forecast material requirements, coordinate manufacturing clearances, and track vendor and subcontractor deliverables.
- Coordinate schedule updates across project teams and participate in stakeholder progress reviews.
Project controls and commercial support
- Prepare cost summaries and mobilization estimates from quotations, and develop techno-commercial reports.
- Support cash flow forecasting, cost-to-complete monitoring, and project performance analysis.
- Support change management, delay analysis, EOT evaluations, and project risk mitigation.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of required experience.
- Bachelor of Technology (BTech) qualification.
- Knowledge of planning, planning and contracts, client billing, and commercial acumen.
