Compensation and accommodation
- Salary is AED 2,000–4,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
- Accommodation is provided.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal and administrative assistance; drive for meetings, appointments, and errands.
- Manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and daily priorities; handle purchases, collections, deliveries, and document submissions.
- Maintain receipts, invoices, payment records, and expense tracking; prepare basic financial summaries and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, offices, and service providers; conduct online research and obtain quotations.
- Follow up on tasks, maintain organized confidential records, prioritize requests, and find practical solutions.
Candidate requirements
- A valid UAE driving licence and previous accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or accounts experience are mandatory.
- Good understanding of expenses, invoices, receipts, payments, and basic reconciliations.
- Strong English communication and very good computer skills, particularly Excel, email, and online research.
- Able to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, work independently, and handle confidential personal and financial information.
- Flexible working hours may be required when reasonably necessary; UAE-based candidates are preferred.
