Coordinate day-to-day holiday home operations, serving as a link between guests, properties, and ground teams.
The role combines administrative work with property inspections to support check-ins, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-in and check-out when needed and provide a professional guest experience.
- Report operational issues promptly and follow up through resolution.
- Visit properties to inspect cleanliness, maintenance standards, and guest readiness.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance technicians, and external vendors.
- Maintain unit inventory, key access, housekeeping schedules, and property logs.
- Prepare operational updates, status tracking, and performance reports for management.
- Manage booking platforms and update pricing according to market conditions.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory because regular travel between properties is required.
- Previous experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or hotel guest relations/operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal skills for guest and vendor interactions.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to follow up on operational issues through resolution.
Pay
- AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
