A holiday-home management company seeks an experienced professional for a Marketing & Revenue Assistant role focused on holiday homes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize property listings on Booking.com, Airbnb, and other portals.
- Update pricing in the revenue management system based on market trends and generate monthly revenue reports.
- Handle guest communications and check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate with cleaning and ground teams.
- Manage and update property and guest details in the DTCM portal.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the holiday-home or hotel industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency with booking portals, RMS, and CRM systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong accounting skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
