Guest Relations Executive serving as the main guest contact and supporting smooth stays at a holiday-home rental company.
The role covers guest communications, check-in and check-out, cleaning and maintenance coordination, and internal system updates.
Responsibilities
- Handle pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-departure inquiries by phone, messaging apps, and email.
- Assist with special requests, property guidelines, and local recommendations.
- Coordinate online check-in and check-out workflows and attend in person for key handovers and property orientations.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, identify and log maintenance issues, and arrange third-party repairs.
- Update bookings, guest details, and operational status in the CRM; use Airbnb, Booking.com, and direct booking channels.
Requirements
- Proven guest relations, front desk, or operations experience in short-term rentals, holiday homes, or hospitality.
- Working knowledge of Airbnb and Booking.com host extranets or management portals.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Valid UAE or local driving license and willingness to travel between properties.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Skills and competencies
- Problem-solving, multitasking, customer service orientation, and adaptability to CRM and hospitality software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
