Provide day-to-day personal, administrative, driving, and basic financial or accounting support.
The role calls for independent task ownership, practical problem-solving, and follow-through without constant supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal and administrative assistance and manage schedules, appointments, reminders, and priorities.
- Drive for meetings, appointments, errands, and other needs; handle purchases, collections, deliveries, and document submissions.
- Maintain receipts, invoices, payment records, and expense tracking; prepare basic financial summaries and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with banks, suppliers, offices, service providers, and other parties.
- Conduct online research, obtain quotations, follow up on tasks, and keep organized records and confidential documents.
- Manage multiple requests and independently find practical solutions.
Candidate requirements
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Previous accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or accounts experience is mandatory.
- Understand expenses, invoices, receipts, payments, and basic reconciliations.
- Strong English communication and very good computer skills, particularly Excel, email, and online research.
- Be organized, proactive, able to work independently, and capable of handling confidential information.
- Flexible working hours may be required when reasonably necessary.
- Candidates already based in the UAE are preferred.
Workplace and accommodation
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Accommodation is provided.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 2,000–4,000 per month, depending on experience and capability.
Employment and visa information
Employment type is full-time.
