The role combines administrative work with hands-on property inspections and requires regular travel between properties.
Property and operations duties
- Inspect property cleanliness, maintenance standards, and guest readiness through regular visits.
- Coordinate housekeeping teams, maintenance technicians, and external vendors; maintain inventory, key access, schedules, and property logs.
- Monitor assigned holiday-home units and assist with guest check-in and check-out coordination when needed.
- Report operational issues and follow up through resolution.
- Handle documentation, filing, records, and email correspondence; prepare operational updates, status tracking, and performance reports.
- Manage booking platforms and update pricing according to market conditions.
Requirements
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory because regular travel between properties is required.
- Previous experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or hotel guest relations/operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal skills for guest and vendor interactions.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to follow issues through to resolution.
Pay
- AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person and involves travel between properties.
