Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, focusing on SAP roles, and work with a recruiter; manage onboarding.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues concerning HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Promote engagement and workplace culture; coordinate performance appraisals.
- Ensure local labour-law compliance across offices in Continental Asia and support HR policy development.
- Maintain employee records and databases, generate HR metrics, and report to support decisions.
- Organize engagement and wellness initiatives; manage exits, exit interviews, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years in an HR Manager role within the software industry, emphasizing IT and SAP recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices; knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
