Responsibilities
- Identify and profile potential clients and their business needs.
- Prospect for business through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams on tailored solutions and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitors for business opportunities.
- Maintain client, sales activity, and pipeline records.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of ERP/software sales or account management experience; SAP experience is preferred.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
