Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements and lead design and process workshops.
- Configure SAP solutions and support end-to-end project delivery.
- Implement and optimize warranty management, service notifications, service orders, repairs, and resource-related billing in SAP S/4HANA.
- Perform testing and user training, provide post-go-live support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required qualifications
- 2 to 6 years of relevant SAP SD experience.
- At least two full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) and integration with MM, PS, and FI.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is required.
- Strong understanding of SAP Customer Service and after-sales service processes.
- Workshop delivery, client interaction, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
Preferred experience
- SAP CS knowledge covering warranty, service notifications and orders, repair sales orders, DIP profiles, resource-related billing, and onsite, in-house, or depot repairs is described as ideal.
- A master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- An industry-domain background is preferred.
