The role is for construction cost controllers, project-controls professionals, quantity surveyors, or commercially oriented construction professionals moving into functional consulting.

Customer processes and requirements
- Understand customers' project-costing and cost-control processes and conduct requirements-gathering workshops.
- Document requirements for budgets, cost codes, actual and committed costs, procurement, forecasting, variations, cost-to-complete, financial controls, and reporting.
- Translate construction terminology and operational needs into functional requirements for Konstryx.
Implementation and customer support
- Support solution configuration and implementation based on agreed customer processes.
- Work with technical consultants and product specialists to clarify business requirements.
- Assist with demonstrations, workshops, testing, and implementation.
- Support user acceptance testing and help users validate agreed requirements.
- Train customer users on implemented processes and provide practical recommendations.
Consulting collaboration
- Act as a bridge between construction professionals and technology teams.
- Support presales activities by clarifying prospective customer requirements or demonstrating relevant business scenarios.
Required experience and capabilities
- Practical experience in the construction, contracting, engineering, or project-based industry.
- Strong understanding of construction cost control and project commercial processes.
- Understand budgets, commitments, actual costs, forecasting, and project reporting.
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to explain construction processes to business and technical teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable with business applications, ERP systems, project-control platforms, Excel, or similar systems.
- Interest in technology and functional consulting.
Preferred experience
- Previous software consulting experience is not mandatory.
- ERP, construction management, project controls, commercial management, or cost-control software experience is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong construction-domain knowledge and an aptitude for consulting are especially relevant.
