Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for software-industry roles, especially SAP roles, in coordination with a recruiter.
- Manage onboarding for new professionals.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR policy, procedure, and benefits issues; promote employee engagement.
- Coordinate performance appraisals with managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations across company offices in Continental Asia.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures for the software industry.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases; generate reports and HR metrics for decision-making.
- Organize and participate in engagement activities, wellness programs, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Manage exits, conduct exit interviews, and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in an HR Manager role within the software industry, emphasizing IT and SAP recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
