Job description
Seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant for SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
The role requires SAP SD expertise and integration knowledge across Materials Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), and Finance (FI).
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and lead design and process workshops.
- Configure SAP solutions and support end-to-end project delivery.
- Implement and optimize customer service processes including warranty management, service notifications, service orders, repair processes, and resource-related billing.
- Perform testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

- SAP Customer Service topics include warranty, service notifications, service orders, repair sales orders, DIP profiles, resource-related billing, onsite repair, in-house repair, and depot repair.
Qualifications
- 2–6 years of relevant SAP SD experience.
- At least two full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales (SAP SD) and integration with SAP MM, PS, and FI.
- Strong understanding of SAP Customer Service and after-sales service processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is mandatory.
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred; industry-domain background preferred.
