Account Manager joins the Sales team to profile potential clients, prospect new business, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and profile potential clients and their business needs.
- Prospect through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Manage existing client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
- Create and execute account plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Work with internal teams on tailored solutions and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity for new opportunities.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years in ERP/software sales or account management; SAP experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
